Returns are accepted for replacement only. No refunds.
If you want to exchange your bag with any other color/design, kindly contact us with your order number so we can assist you with the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Kindly authorize your return by emailing us before sending back the product if you do not like it.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in unused and new condition in its original packaging. Used items or items without their original packaging will not be accepted. In such a case, you will be responsible to collect the item back from our office – Silk Avenue will not pay to re-ship any unauthorized returns.
You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
Please send your return(s) with tracking ID or a valid receipt. If your return does not reach us or if no proof of postage/delivery is shared, the replacement won’t be processed.
We process our returns within 1-2 working days after receiving the returned goods. Once approved, we will contact you to let you know that the replacement has been sent.
No items are eligible for exchange after the above-mentioned 7 day return period is over; starting from the date of your order delivery.
